Over the past several years, we've experienced significant growth as more people across the Inland Empire have connected with our mission of helping people find life by following Jesus. Every weekend, spiritually curious people, longtime believers, families, students, neighbors and new friends are discovering community, hope, and purpose through Verve City.
We're not interested in building programs for the sake of programs. We're passionate about creating environments where people can explore faith, build meaningful relationships, and take next steps toward Jesus. Worship Pastor (Full-time)

The Worship Pastor understands and embraces the mission of an outward-focused church culture that seeks to reach people who are not yet following Jesus, while helping believers grow in their faith by offering opportunities for people to encounter God through music. Worship Associate / Music Director (Part-time)

The Worship Associate / Music Director provides musical leadership and organizational excellence to support Verve City's worship ministry. From preparing teams and developing musicians to coordinating the details behind every service, this role helps create worship experiences that are engaging, authentic, and distraction-free. Student Pastor (Full-time)
Reach students. Equip parents. Raise up leaders.
The Student Pastor leads ministry for 7th-12th grade students by creating environments where teenagers can build relationships, explore faith, and discover purpose. This leader offers care and develops volunteers, partners closely with parents, and helps shape the next generation of Christ-followers. View the full description.
Adult Discipleship Pastor (Full-time)
Inspire growth. Build community. Develop leaders.
The Adult Discipleship Pastor oversees the groups, programs, and leadership pathways that help adults grow spiritually. This role has primary responsibility for recruiting and equipping volunteers, and ensuring that people have clear opportunities to deepen their faith and build meaningful connections for accountability, care, and encouragement. Campus Pastor (Full-time, Future Campus)
Help people find their next step. Build teams. Create community.
As Verve City expands into new communities throughout the Inland Empire, the Campus Pastor will help create a church where people feel known, valued, and connected. Success looks like helping people take next steps: being baptized, participating in discipleship groups, joining the Dream Team, and demonstrating other spiritual growth.
