Care Groups

Going through a difficult season is hard, but we aren’t meant to go through it alone. Care groups provide relevant information, helpful skills and a supportive atmosphere with others going through a similar experience. We offer groups to support people who are navigating: 

• the loss of a loved one
• mental health challenges for themselves or for a loved one
• cancer
• women’s chronic pain
• divorce
• parenting children with special needs
• single parenting
