Foundations
You probably know the basic practices of Christianity. But many people who come to The Verve find themselves curious about how to grow in their faith, particularly if they've been away from church for awhile.
Foundations is a series meant to introduce you to how we practice spiritual rhythms at Verve City Church. Through this 3-week workshop, you’ll get teaching and practical tools to take home covering the essentials of a relationship with Jesus, plus group discussion.

Care Groups
Going through a difficult season is hard, but we aren’t meant to go through it alone. Care groups provide relevant information, helpful skills and a supportive atmosphere with others going through a similar experience. We offer groups to support people navigating the loss of a loved one, mental health challenges for themselves or a loved one, cancer, women’s chronic pain, divorce, and single parenting.
Rooted
Rooted is a 10-week discipleship experience for adults in every stage of life who are looking to go deeper in their journey with Christ. Weekly discussions will be held in small groups of 10-15 people. Together, we will explore the Bible, share stories, and practice spiritual rhythms.
Join a group of people who are looking to get a fresh start with God and learn to live your unique purpose! No matter where you stand in your relationship with Jesus at the beginning of Rooted, there is always room to move forward and grow.
Groups will meet on Wednesdays beginning March 4 – and childcare is included! Each group will have two additional gatherings, arranged at a mutually-convenient time according to group members' schedules.
Alpha
Alpha creates a space where people can explore the Christian faith with others. It’s a series of conversations focused on the big questions of life, faith, and meaning. Each session includes a meal, a time to connect with others, a talk on some element of faith, and then a chance for people to share their own questions and perspectives with the group.
Alpha will start again in Spring 2026.
